In a generous mood!

The way I figure it is if the Republican Governor and Democratic Mayor are for those amendments C & D, they must be needed. I don't know much else about them except that all the states have been strapped for cash since 9/11 and the Tabor Amendment has limited states ability to attain revinue. Like I said, I don't pay that much in income taxes. It is everything combined.

I also wanted to vote for that pot initiative. Will Colorado's swing to the left continue? I am skeptical, but I hope so!
