Who's going to ass-rape a 70 yr. old in prison? I do like the torture idea. We are too soft on people like this in our nation. I'll second the notion of cutting off his hands, nose, and ears. Well one ear at least, you'd have to leave one so that he would go insane from the constant sounds of horrific scream recordings I would blast at a deafening level, 24/7 for the remainder of his life.
Great Scott people, have we forgotten how to deal with people like this? Personally I would like to get a small bullet (lots of them) and shoot him in the foot then douse it with alcohol and burn it shut. Repeat over and over again because if your quick he will not loose blood. Now that you have his attention you can cut off his testicles, burning the wound once again. Save the testicles because he is going to eat them after a week of no food. Now you can go back to stuff like spiked dildos without lube. I say continue giving him antibiotics, cant have him duck out on us too soon. Maybe feed his children to him too. Take a drill and catch it on his muscle fiber so when you turn it on it pulls it out in strands, once again burn him. Give him 20 hits of acid and take him to a cemetary and give him a bad trip. Take a sand blaster and work over his body once again start him on fire. Keep that precious blood. Oh sensory deprevation, tie him so he cant move at all give him more of that acid and lock him in a box no bigger than himself for about a week. It may be helpfull to get liquid acid and give it to him through an IV this will keep him awake. Oh yah the nerve damage, remove the disc matterial in all of his lumbar and vertibrea. Take care to damage nerves, but not sever. And all multimillion dollar scam artist and corrupt politicians deserve this. Think about it, God is going to do worse for eternity, cant we just have a few years of fun? Plus, I dont know anyone that would have the balls to try something if that was the consiquence. If they do, they probably belong in a mental hospital because someone else destroyed their life.
Actually the best thing you can probably do to ruin a rich person is make him poor. Take everything away from him. Force him to work shit jobs (the worst) and make him live in the ghetto. He may never beable to pay back what he owes, but at least his slave labor would help pay back and not be a burden on tax payers to give him a cot and 3 meals a day. Could you imagine that old man scrubbing septic tanks for 80 hrs a week? lol. just a shame we caught him so late in life.

On a side note, not supporting Robert if he is indeed anti-semitic, but don't knock him if he's just saying it out of anger. I think that electrodes should be implanted in strategic locations of his body. You then give each one of his victims a "black box" with a layout of buttons - when one of the buttons is pushed, the corresponding electrode is energized and Madoff gets massively shocked! Imagine the terror, never knowing what and when there is going to be a shock!
We could even turn it into a game show where the proceeds going to the charities he pillaged. Can you imagine "The Wheel Of Fortune" where if you win, you get to push one of the buttons? I'd play for sure ...
Death is too quick. I think a LONG, LINGERING, PAINFUL existence is what is he deserves ...
